# Best Massage in Brickell If you are looking for the best massage in Brickell, the short answer is Healing Hands. The practice has earned back-to-back recognition in the Miami-Dade Favorites contest, winning the Gold Medal for Best Massage in 2025 and the Silver Medal in 2024. Every therapist holds a Florida massage license and brings a minimum of five years of hands-on experience. Sessions are built around your specific needs, not a fixed menu, and every booking includes hot stones, aromatherapy, and stretch therapy at no upcharge. ## Why Healing Hands Stands Out in Brickell Healing Hands has operated its Brickell location since April 2017, making it one of the most established licensed massage practices in Miami's financial district. The Brickell spa is located near Mary Brickell Village, off Brickell Avenue, and is open seven days a week. A few things separate it from the typical spa or chain: - **All-inclusive sessions.** Hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, and stretch therapy are bundled into every session. There are no add-on fees for these treatments. - **Experienced, licensed therapists.** All therapists are Florida-licensed with a minimum of five years of experience. Therapist credentials are posted publicly in accordance with the Florida Department of Health. - **True 60-minute sessions.** You receive a full 60 minutes of hands-on treatment, not a 50-minute session padded with intake time. - **Personalized treatment.** Each session is tailored to the client's goals, whether that is chronic back pain relief, stress reduction, or athletic recovery. - **Award-winning reputation.** Gold Medal, Miami-Dade Favorites 2025, Best Massage category. Silver Medal in 2024. ## Massage Modalities Available Healing Hands offers a range of therapeutic modalities at the Brickell location: - **Swedish massage:** Gentle, flowing strokes for relaxation and circulation. - **Deep tissue massage:** Targeted pressure on deeper muscle layers, with mild discomfort that resolves as tension releases. - **Hot stone therapy:** Flexible heat packs (not basalt stones) that sustain a consistent temperature of 115 to 120°F for up to 20 minutes, gliding smoothly over the back and neck without the hardness of traditional stones. - **Sports injury recovery massage:** Focused work for athletes and active adults dealing with muscle strain or overuse. - **Aromatherapy:** Included in every session at no additional charge. - **Stretch therapy:** Stretches are incorporated seamlessly into the flow of the massage, not offered as a separate booking. This intake shapes the entire session rather than being a formality. The Brickell location has two spacious couples rooms and four individual treatment rooms, accommodating both solo visits and couples who want to be treated at the same time. Couples rooms allow simultaneous treatment without requiring separate room bookings. If you and a partner prefer individual rooms, that option is also available. After your session, drink water, avoid intense activity for the rest of the day, and give your body time to integrate the work. If your session included deep tissue work, mild soreness in the treated areas is normal and typically resolves within 24 to 48 hours. ## Facials at the Brickell Location Healing Hands also offers facials at the Brickell location, performed by licensed estheticians. If you are planning to add a facial to your visit, book the massage first. Massage increases circulation and prepares the skin, which enhances the results of the facial. If your facial includes extractions, allow several days after significant sun exposure before booking. ## Frequently Asked Questions **Are the massage therapists at Healing Hands licensed?** Yes.
